The Villa Calterrazzano is located in an early nineteenth century renovated farm holiday house with interior decoration and simple yet elegant antique furniture. It is surrounded by a large lawn with a view of the Montefeltro hills and offer an ideal retreat for guests who aim to relaxation and are willing to explore the Marche, a region full of nature and historical charm, friendly people and great food.
The six rooms offer comfortable and quiet space, each have private bathroom and shower and a view on the private garden and on the surrounding hills.
Outside In the garden are plenty of open areas where guests can relax, sunbathe or socialize; surrounded by a tall hedge is a private swimming pool with sun beds and a tennis court for sports fans. A barbecue area complete the outdoor facilities.
The large communal room includes a sitting room and a dining area divided by an old archway and adjoining a second, quieter and more intimate sitting room; upstairs is the reading or play room with a large fireplace.
A spacious and equipped kitchen is available for guests where they can prepare meals with high quality local ingredients available at the local grocery shop. There is no catering service in the facility, although breakfast is available upon request.
